What is the running time?

Going Bacharach performance runtime is approximately 2 hours, including 1 intermission.

Going Bacharach is recommended for audiences ages 8+.

The use of cameras, video equipment or flash photography is not allowed during the performance.

Yes. Elevator access is available to the lower level. Wheelchair seating is located in the floor section. For accessible seating reservations, email: wsyboxoffice@ymcany.org
There are no strobe lights in the show.

Unfortunately, the theater is not equipped with hearing devices or translation devices.

Late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their purchased seats.

No outside food or drink is allowed in the theater and there are not concessions available at the theatre. However, the VIP Package tickets include a complementary glass of wine or champagne in the VIP lounge.

TICKETING FAQS

How will I receive my tickets?

Ticket buyers can choose e-tickets when they check out which will send them an email with tickets, or they can choose Will-Call to pick-up their tickets starting 1 hour prior to performances.

Phone 212-912-2618 and in person box office hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 3-5pm, and 1 hour before every performance.

Front & Regular Orchestra range from $59 – $89.  Premium & VIP Orchestra range from $119 – $149. These prices include all fees.

If you’re unable to attend your original performance, contact the box office to request an exchange to a different performance. Exchanges are not guaranteed, but the box office will do their best to accommodate if seats are available. There are no refunds available.

Going Bacharach does not currently have a rush or lottery option available.
